This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and performance under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not read those logs routinely.
Buying a licence
Payment is taken by our payment provider, which collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy, shown at checkout. It passes us your email address and the subscription identifiers so we can issue and manage your licence.
Licensing
Licences are held by Keygen, our licensing service. For each licence Keygen stores the licence key, your subscription and customer identifiers, and a record for each activated machine. When you activate, and periodically while the software runs, the software sends Keygen your licence key, your computer's name, its operating system, and a machine identifier. The identifier is a one-way hash of an operating-system machine ID; the raw ID never leaves your computer. This data is used only to check the licence and count activated machines. Your orders and account data
The software connects to Trader Workstation on your own computer. Your orders, positions, balances and prices stay on your computer and pass between the software and TWS locally. We do not receive, store or see them.
If you write to us we keep the correspondence to answer you and for our records. Mail to our domain is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing.
How long we keep data
Licence records are kept while the subscription is active and for up to twelve months after it ends, then deleted. Our payment provider keeps transaction records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by emailing admin@easytradeorders.com. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority. Payment-related requests go to our payment provider.
